Al Atika
Al Atika
The everyday classic — smooth, balanced and generous.
EVOO · house classicTunisia · 2500 years of sun
Exceptional extra virgin olive oil, pressed from the Mediterranean's oldest orchard — crafted with sustainability, purity and authenticity.
ScrollThe origin
The name Olyfo comes from the Afrikaans word for olive — Olive Leaf Yields and Flavourful Origin.
For twenty-five centuries these hills fed the breadbasket of empires. Today we carry that inheritance forward: blending centuries-old tradition with modern craft to produce authentic, nutrient-rich oil that supports the farmers and artisans who make it.
We own three houses of oil — Al Atika, Ifriqia and 2500 Years of Tradition — each bottled to protect what the sun and soil put in.
Mission & vision
To share exceptional Tunisian olive oil — pesticide-free, sustainable, and accessible to all.
From grove to table, without compromise.
From tree to table
Nothing is heated, nothing is chemically forced. Every batch is tasted and tested before it earns a bottle.
Grown in Tunisia's Mediterranean climate with sustainable farming, our trees ripen naturally under the sun.
At the perfect stage of ripeness the olives are picked by hand — no bruising, no oxidation, fruit kept whole.
Pressed without heat or chemicals, preserving the natural antioxidants, aroma and nutrition of the fruit.
Filtered clean, then put through rigorous taste tests and chemical analysis — batch by batch.
Sealed in specially designed dark glass that shields the oil from light — so it reaches you as it left the press.
